* Discounts - All Alpine Tower and Cornerstone facilities are eligible for a select discount on many items. Members of select organizations such as ACCT, ACA, AEE, CCA are also eligible for a discount on many items. Discounts may only be taken if the invoice is paid within terms. If you are unsure about your eligibility for a discount, call our office at 877-269-3999.
Payment Options - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cashier check, money order, or business checks payable to Adventure Hardware. Purchase orders are accepted from organizations with approved credit. Any returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee. No C.O.D. orders. Any discrepancies on an invoice must be reported within 30 days of invoice date.
Late Payments - All invoices are due upon receipt. If payment has not been received within 30 days of the invoice date, statement will be issued with a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR). If payment is not received within 15 days of the statement, discounts will not be permitted on the late invoice and the amount due will increase to the retail price of each item.
Taxes - North Carolina sales tax will be included on shipments made to North Carolina addresses.
Return/Warranty - Due to the nature of the gear shown in this catalog, there are many items that cannot be returned. For returns that can be accepted, please call for a return authorization number. Returns for credit or exchange must be in original condition with the original packaging. Any items returned without the original packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
